Overpowered Jeopardy, a game created for GDevelop Big Game Jam 7.

WASD - Move

Left Mouse - Shoot

Right Click - Dash

Q - Use Current Perk

Perks randomly change, there are 'Buffs' and 'Nerfs'. If you don't use a perk by the time the 'Perk Meter' has filled up, the game will automatically use whatever the current perk is. You can use whatever the current Perk is by Pressing Q.
A rough guide on the perks is;

Green = Generally good,  Guns, Shields, Health
Blue = Power Perk, Lightning, Electric, Bombs 
Purple = Same as Blue
Red = Bad, Half health, Power Perks that look to hurt you.

Art is a mixture of my own and pre made assets. 
Game was made from scratch by myself as a solo dev.

Good game! Simple and fun wave shooter!
Just got a little confused, didn't knew what the perks did most of the time
And the dash feels more like a teleport

Thank you! I wanted to add in an explainer on the perks but ran out of time, it's something I'd definitely have if I flesh it out more after the jam. Thanks for the feedback on the dash 

It's a great game, I really liked it, but you could've added some upgrades like power or HP. Also, you need to fix dash, because I can just spam on RMB and I will move very fast.  Best option is dash cooldown. But overall, very good game, 5 stars from me

Thanks for taking the time to play and comment. Definitely wanted more upgrades, you get power from the different guns you get through the perk system but I did want to do modifiers like 2x your current etc and also enemy buffs so they become quicker/more powerful/more HP etc but just didnt have the time in the end.
As for dash, in the latter rounds it can catch you out dashing too much as there's a lot of bullets etc on the screen but ultimately I made a decision to have no cooldown due to the theme being overpowered. It's op to have unlimited dash, unlimited ammo, no reload, 1000HP and perks that wipe out lower enemies or half the bigger ones refreshing so often. 
If I work on the game post Jam, I'll definitely implement all of your suggestions. Have a great day :)
